Southbank Institute of Technology
The $550 million Southbank Institute of Technology redevelopment was as important to South East Queensland as it was to us. Under the state's first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) the former TAFE institute was completely redeveloped into a major para-professional educational hub. As the state's first major infrastructure project delivered in this way, the timely and efficient delivery of the project was critical.
Over the course of six separate contracts to builder John Holland Constructions, Nardia Plumbing delivered $5.2million worth of hydraulic works between June 2006 and July 2009. We delivered each of the contracts on schedule and budget. We continue to maintain a strong relationship with John Holland Constructions.
