Nardia Plumbing respects the privacy of individuals and protects personal information as required by the Privacy Act 1988 as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 ("Act").

The policy is based on the following principles:

• Privacy of personal information is of vital importance
• Personal information will only be collected for the purposes it was provided and will be disposed of when no longer required
• Personal information will not be shared with a third party other than in accordance with the Act except with individual's consent
• Only authorised personnel have access to the information

All Nardia Plumbing employees are expected to comply with the Act and are responsible for the successful implementation of this policy and adherence to the Act.
